This White Belt lean training covers the basic introduction of Lean improvement concepts and the methodology, along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete an A3 planning document. The content is tailored to new Lean enthusiasts, quality teams, team leads, team members and those with little or no formal training.
In the live sessions, participants will engage in polling questions and be part of open discussions of practice. Participants will be set to apply their new quality improvement skills immediately.
