The course covers the key Lean principles and methodology. We will teach you how and when to integrate tools and techniques for improvement. Participants will engage in group discussions, polling questions and work on simulated exercises to gain familiarity and confidence in using the lean tools.
The course materials are tailored to new Lean enthusiasts, quality teams and leads, team members and those with white belt training or certifications. In the live sessions, participants will engage in polling questions and be part of open discussions of practice.
Participants will understand how to apply their new quality improvement skills immediately. The emphasis throughout the course is on making improvements easy to understand and apply in the workplace.
Both Instructor-Led and On-Demand courses include demo videos with practical instruction on working with the Lean tools.
