This course covers a basic introduction of project management concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete a project charter. The content is tailored to new project managers, team and technical leads, team members and those with little or no formal PM training.
In the live training participants will engage in polling questions and work in groups where they will apply new project charter skills immediately. The emphasis throughout the session is on making project management easy to understand and apply in the workplace.
